InDropFlow – Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 16, 2025

InDropFlow (“the App”) is a personal hydration and wellness tracker. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your data responsibly.

What data we collect

On-device only

Your drinks, hydration logs, goals, achievements, preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple technologies such as SwiftData. We do not operate our own servers for user data.

Optional iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync, Apple’s iCloud service stores your app data in your private iCloud account. Apple is the data processor for iCloud; we do not operate the iCloud infrastructure and do not have direct access to your iCloud data.

Health data (optional, via HealthKit)

If you choose to connect InDropFlow to Apple Health (HealthKit), the App may:

Health data is used only to show insights inside the App and to keep your hydration information consistent across Apple Health and InDropFlow. Health data never leaves your device except via Apple’s own services (such as iCloud) according to your system settings.

Weather data (optional)

If you grant location permission, the App may use Apple’s WeatherKit and your approximate location to show local weather and context (for example, temperature or very dry air) to help you adjust your hydration. Location and weather data are used only to power these features and are not stored on our own servers.

Notifications

The App can send local notifications to remind you to drink water or review your progress. Notification schedules and preferences are stored on your device and/or in your private iCloud account if sync is enabled.

No accounts

The App does not require you to create an account with us.

No tracking / no ads

The App does not track you across apps or websites and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Diagnostics and support (optional)

If you explicitly share crash logs, screenshots or feedback via email or other contact channels, we may receive the information you choose to send. This is used only to diagnose issues and improve the App.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate the App’s features on your device (and, if you enable it, in your iCloud account and Apple Health). Any optional feedback you send is used to understand problems, improve stability, and refine the user experience.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with third parties except:

Security

Your on-device data is protected by your device’s security features (for example, passcode, Face ID or Touch ID). Data stored in iCloud or Apple Health is protected by Apple’s security measures and your Apple ID credentials.

Your choices

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

International users

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data (for example, access, correction, or deletion). You can exercise many of these rights directly on your device through system settings (Apple ID, iCloud, Health) and within the App. For additional requests, contact us using the information below.
